Daughter had cousins skis to use and when I asked a staff member about it she rudely told me they wouldn't rent her boots because "we have to run a bunch of tests, it's a liability thing." She didn't even look at the skis I lugged all the way in here. I understand they are busy but if they want my business they are at least going to be polite when they tell me no. The line was huge, they've been in there over 45 minutes and still haven't gotten to try on skis. Not sure how expensive this will be but from the other reviews I will try a different rental shop down the mountain in the future.

Morning staff was slow and didn’t seem to care much. I’ve rented from a lot of places and never saw one as slow as this. Took literally 20 min from being at front of prepaid rental line until we started to get skis (this is after actually waiting in the line). I complained and was told something like “well we have to ensure safety”. After getting the skis I was directed to get poles from the woman helping with that station. There was no woman there and the guy who directed me could obviously see that. I just grabbed some and left.

If ur older than 10 dont bother, lamest rope swings, the summer tube BORING, the obstacle course is too simple, and for a $80 package you can join the 6 year olds scattered around the park and play tag. If you wanna try an epic zipline thats 10 feet off the ground go for it, its $40.
